Working with AbiliTEAM
We understand that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to supporting a team of diverse employees! We're happy to tailor our work with your company to your specific needs. We currently offer two contract options to work with AbiliTEAM:
Project Model
When you sign on for a project with AbiliTEAM, we will survey your team; analyze and provide the results in the form of raw data and a summary report; and provide employee follow-up sheets to help facilitate accommodations per each employee’s individual needs.
Retainer Model
In this model, all new employees work with AbiliTEAM after they are hired so that we can determine their accessibility needs, implement what we can, and refer them to established third parties for accommodations that require medical documentation. Other employees who have chronic illnesses or are ready to take next-steps in their professional development would also have the option to reach out to us directly for the same. Additionally, once a year, we will survey the entire team/company, analyze the results, and provide a summary report of accommodation trends to HR (same deliverables as the project model).
